1. Services

Stance Agency provides branding, web design, photography, video production, social media management, and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Client Portal

Access to the Stance Client Portal is provided to active clients for managing project requests and communication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Misuse of the portal may result in access being revoked.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and creative assets become the property of the client. Stance Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. A deposit is typically required before work commences. Outstanding invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stance Agency provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
